Are there any refunds?
No, refunds aren’t offered. Design services involve time and creative effort that can’t be reclaimed once delivered. I always ensure clarity and alignment before starting any project.
How long is your turnaround?
Standard turnaround times are 5-7 business days (design only) or 8-10 business days (Design + Development). Length may differ depending on iterations.
Are you looking for someone to collaborate?
Yes! I'm always open to broadening my network and collaborating on exciting projects.
How do we communicate?
Updates happen via Slack / Telegram / Zalo (whatever works best for you) in combination with Notion.
What if I don’t know exactly what I need?
No problem. Many clients come with just an idea or a rough vision. Part of my process is helping you clarify your goals and recommending the right solution — whether that’s branding, web design, or a mix of both.
